What you hope to see in the next 4 years DUE Wed., Nov. 5, 2008
Today is Election Day! It is a very important and historic day. I know all of you will be watching the election coverage on t.v., and watching the numbers come in! In this blog, you will discuss what you predict will happen if Obama or McCain wins. What will happen in the next 4 years? What do you HOPE will happen in the next 4 years? Think about the issues like health care, education, the war in Iraq, etc. etc. Finally, as a Deaf person, what do you hope the new President will do for Deaf people? If you could make a suggestion as a Deaf person, what would it be?

Today is Election Day! It is a very important and historic day. I predict happen Obama will wins because I heard about most people vote Obama than McCain. My parent, my friends, my family and poster about Obama on the side road believe vote is Obama. I saw few poster about McCain on the side road.
I feeling like Obama will more support with reduce taxes, heatlh care, eduction, wars, and people, and etc. than McCain in the next four years. Obama will more improve our the United States than Bush doing.

I hope Obama will do for deaf people because we have problem with jobs. Most deaf people can't find new jobs because many hearing people think deaf people can't do everything, but that is wrong. Obama can set-up new law for deaf people have right find new job. We can prove to hearing people. If hearing people not hirding to deaf people when against new law. He or she will go to jail because no reason, and if deaf people doing very good skill. Another, I want Obama support raise SSSI money because we can get pay done bills than low SSSI money. We want improve our life in future.
I totally cant wait for President Bush to leave. I believe that Obama will be winning the election. It would be a big supprise if Mccain wins. I cant really predict the future. I hope everything will turn out better than what President Bush did. I believe the economy is the biggest issues right now in the united states. Everything is so expensive. Peoples barely can afford to buy more foods and supplies. I hope President Obama or Mccain would make everything deaf people acccessible. I would make a suggestion for a caption in theaters.

Of course, it is Election Day! I predict either Obama or McCain will win. I can't pick one. I know some people love McCain and some people love Obama. It is hard to do prediction. I feel that Obama or McCain will follow what they want for America. Because people vote for them. I hope either of them will help the world. World is messed up with war, ecomony, and enviromnent. I suggest, as deaf person, that caption movie and improvement devices for deaf people.
Yes, today is Election Day!! I am still watch TV news and on internet, too. I hope Obama will win for president. My predict that Obama will better than Bush. I hope he will be doing better in USA for more protect, help education, and improve environment. Because fact is worse bad environment is American for waste gas, hunter animals, and cut tress. Bush was worse and mess up. I hope Obama will do better than Bush. I don’t know if he will do it or not. Because I didn’t believe that when he talks without act, and I rather see he will do it with act prove it.
If he win for president, then we can show him that why our deaf culture make him understand it. We can suggest him what we need to change it or something. We need to more education for deaf and more open jobs, too.

I was hoping for McCain, but, unfortunate, Obama won. Congrats to him.
Anyway, I noticed most of you think that Obama will made big change for us and everyone. Well, I have to say this, I disagree. Obama will withdrew army from war, but, what will terrorist doing? Will they plan to attack America again? That is big risk for Obama to withdrew. I disagree war, but, for our safely, keep look for any mass weapons or etc. We cant be sure that we will be safe after withdrew the army from war. And, you say that Obama will help improve to people. Can you tell me how can he help people to improve if he want to increase the taxes? Hm?
This is very historical to have first African-America president, but, I think he is not good enough, I have read his goal, objective. They are pretty good, but still not good enough, compared to McCain. I predict in next 4 years, I think people will not happy with Obama. I think he will be same like one of ex-president, Jimmy Carter. Many people like his goal and objective. He won the election and end up in lousy president. I have a feel that Obama will have same issues as Carter do. How can Obama handle with many goal and objective that he made?
And, will he made deaf access improve, I doubt it. Because neither have mentions about provide more access for D/A people. I dont see one of them mention that. So, again, we cant be so sure that Obama will made deaf people's access more improve than ever.
So, technically, I cant answer your question.
But, I am forwarding to see HOW he doing with his position.
